[freeseer] Github, or Fedorahosted

Hi Everyone,

Currently freeseer code is hosted at github. The good people at
Redhat/Fedora have kindly offered to host our project at fedorahost.org.

We noticed the terms of the contributors
agreement<http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Legal/Licenses/CLA>were quite
strong. See clauses 2a and 2b. Some of you have expressed concern
in private. I had similar concerns myself and thoughts on either side.

There are various pros and cons with moving. To address those concerns, we'd
like to invite discussion on this list and open it up to a

If you would, please vote before next Saturday. The results will be updated
real time, and visible to all. The vote is anonymous, but we do have fraud
prevention mechanisms in place.
